Actions done with the consent of the guardian for welfare are not guilty
If for the welfare of a person who has not reached the age of eighteen years or who is not at home due to mental illness, his guardian has taken the consent of such guardian or someone else with good intentions, and if such an act comes to such person It will not be considered a crime.
